The global console is basically used to manage global whitelist and blacklist overrides, through the Overrides tab. And the Override tab which is in the Endpoint Protection console generally is used to manage site whitelist and blacklist override. You can access this, by just clicking on the site name which is under the Sites tab in the global console. Global overrides have a blue background and site overrides have a white background in the Endpoint Protection console. View and Manage Global File overrides in Webroot:

For this, first you have to log in to the Webroot management console, and then you have to click on the Overrides tab. To see global whitelist (good) overrides, you hav e to click on the File Whitelist tab. To see global blacklist (bad) overrides, you have to click on the File Blacklist tab. If you want to modify or remove the existing overrides, then you have to click on individual override to view the details in the right hand side and then modifying it.

For MD5 overrides, you can modify: Name / Description, Determination – Good or Bad   

For Path & File overrides, you can modify: Name / Description, File Mask, Path / Folder mask, Option to include sub-folders, Option to Detect if Malicious.

You can delete an override by just selecting the override and then you have to click on the Delete button.

Manage Site File Overrides in the Endpoint Protection Console:

For this, first you have to log into the Webroot management console and then you have to click on the Endpoint Protection Console button. After this, you have to click on the Overrides tab, and then you have to select the File & Folder Overrides tab. Now you have to select the type of override to view or manage:

For whitelist (good) overrides, you have to click on the Whitelist tab.

For blacklist (bad) overrides, you have to click on the Blacklist tab.

To modify or delete the existing overrides, you have to double-click to open the Edit override window, and then you can make modifications:

Then you have to locate the Policy column, which will display the policy that the override is assigned to.
