Synchronize Files:

If you want to synchronize files by using the Webroot folder, then you have to open SecureAnywhere. After this, click on the Backup & Sync tab. Now, you should click on the Open Anywhere Folder button. Here, Mac Finder shows your Webroot Anywhere folder. At this point, you should copy files or folders in the Webroot Anywhere folder. Then, the files will synchronize to your online SecureAnywhere account. If you want to check that your files were copied, you should access your online account just by clicking on the Visit the Webroot Cloud button. Now, your browser opens to my.webrootanywhere.com, just log in to your account, and then click on Go to Backup & Sync, and then click Anywhere.

Synchronize Folders Between Computers:

To sync folders on two different computers, first you should configure a sync folder on the first computer. Then on the second computer, you should open the Backup & Sync Settings panel. After this, click on the Backup & Sync tab, just ensure Backup & Sync is enabled, and then click on the Backup & Sync gear icon. Now, you should click on the Folders on the top. Then, click on the Link to an existing Cloud Folder button. Here, in the next panel you should select the folder to sync with from the list. After this, you should click on Browse which is at the bottom in order to select the sync folder saved on this computer. At this point, click on Save. Now, SecureAnywhere will synchronize all files in that folder with your other computer.

Remove Folders From Synchronization:

To remove a folder from synchronization, you should open SecureAnywhere. After this, click on the Backup & Sync tab and then click on the Backup & Sync gear icon. Here, you should click on the Folders tab. If you want the folder to stop syncing, then click on the Remove icon. At last, click on the Close button.
