4. Reregister Action Center:

To reregister, you should tap on the Windows key + S hotkey for the search tool. After this, you should enter PowerShell in the search box in order to find the command-line utility. Now, you should double-tap on  Windows PowerShell in order to open it. Here, you need to write the command in PowerShell’s window:

Next, you need to hit on Enter key just to reregister the Action Center. Then, you have to open the Start menu after you reregister the Action Center. Lastly, tap on Power and Restart options just to reboot Windows.
