1. Reinstall or Update Web Chrome Extension:
To fix this issue, it is highly recommended if the user is running an older version of the LastPass plugin, then they should install the latest version of the LastPass web browser extension for Chrome.
2. Check LastPass isn’t Disabled from View in Extension Bar:
First, in your computer system you should open Chrome. After this, you should choose the three vertical dots which are next to the profile icon. Now, you should tap on More tools and then hit on Extensions. At this point, you should copy and paste chrome://extensions in the navigation bar in Chrome. At last, you should turn the setting on to enable LastPass.
3. Confirm Chrome Extensions aren’t Interfering:
You should first open Chrome and then in the top right, you should choose More option. After this, you should hit on More tools and then select Extensions option. Now, you should uncheck the Enabled box in order to disable your other Chrome extensions. It is advised you should not hit on the trash button in order to remove them. At this point, if you view a confirmation box then you should confirm your action. At last, you should re-enable LastPass.
4. Verify if Another Plug-in is Interfering:
The user should visit to chrome://extensions in your Chrome address bar. Now, you should use the menu button which is in the top right side of Chrome just to access More tools. After this, you should visit to Extensions and then scroll down to the plug-ins list. Here, you should tap on them one by one. At this point, you should hit the slider in order to toggle the plug-ins off. At last, you should re-enable LastPass and then check if the problem is solved.
